Like 3.7X except that you only get the proper noun in question as sound without the input stem as text as in the exercise above and that the exercise will include the new stems as well as the ones from exercise 2.1X in randomized order.
The exercise thus covers 32 fullforms of proper nouns in an endless loop. Consider timing your activity with 3.8X to a fixed duration like a quarter of an hour before launching it. If you feel that more practice is needed you can always return and run it again. Whenever you return you will experience a new randomization.
