PREREQUISITES: None

OBJECTIVES: Near-native pronunciation distinct and efficient enough for you to pronounce even very long proper nouns and lexicon not yet understood comprehensibly, establishing of a lexicon of about 100 stems and 15-20 derivational morphemes including good understanding of the sound changes that are at stake during word formation so that lexicon is functional together with the first 30 or so inflectional endings.

PRIMERS: Learn Greenlandic with Per Langgård. Module 1 and the first chapters of Module 2 (open source at https://learn.gl/o/)

Test exam in week no. 51 and optional exam in week 52.

PREREQUISITES: You are comparatively comfortable with sentences of a complexity as found towards the end of Module 1 (I-5X).

OBJECTIVES: Establighing a lexicon of about 200 stems and about 30 derivational morphemes and understanding for word formation rules good enough for lexicon to be useable in the real world with the first about 50 inflectional morphemes.

PREREQUISITES: You are comparatively comfortable with sentences of a complexity as found at Module II lesson 4X.

OBJECTIVES: Establishing an active lexicon out of the millions of wordforms that will be formed by 4-500 stems, 50-60 derivational morphemes and a selection of the more frequent inflectional endings used in both main clauses and subordinate clauses. An understanding of the general rules in word formation (morphology) sufficient for continued acquisition also in the real world outside the L2 classroom or as a student at our masterclass.

PREREQUISITES: None

OBJECTIVES: Greenlandic pronunciation near-native enough for you to pronounce even very long, not understood single words distinctly enough to be understandable to native speakers, formation of a lexicon of about 65 stems, 7-8 suffixes and command of the most basic principles in word formation so that lexicon is useable in the real Greenlandic world with the first 14 inflectional endings.
